Maverick Vinales starts from pole position on 10 laps of the 2024 American MotoGP Sprint Race at CoTA followed by Acosta and Marc Marquez. Sunny, cloudy weather with a track surface temperature reaching 41° C shaded the start of the race where Vinales took the lead after Turn 1 which went uphill from the Main Straight followed by Marc Marquez and Acosta. Nakagami Crash, Digia experienced technical problems with white smoke billowing from its GP23 motorbike, Augusto Fernandez Crash

. Lap 2 Vinales led followed by 0.2 seconds by Marc and Acosta
. Lap 3 Martin moved up to fourth after passing Bastianini, while Vinales was still leading ahead of Marc and Acosta.
. Lap 4 Vinales pulled away and was 1.1 seconds ahead of Marc and Acosta
. Lap 5 Vinales led by 1.5 seconds from Marc who was followed closely by Acosta and Martin. Mir Crash

. Lap 6 Vinaes, who was the only racer, scored 2:02, leading 2 seconds from Marc, while Martin moved up to third place from Acosta.
. Lap 7 Vinales led by 1.8 seconds from Marc Marquez, who last came back in 2:02. Zarco Crash. Warning Limit Track for Pecco
. Lap 8 Vinales again leads by 2 seconds from Marc Marquez.
. Lap 9 Vinales, Marc and Martin are in the top 3 positions on this lap while Pecco is in 9th position
. Lap 10 Maverick led 2.16 seconds from Marc Marquez in this final lap. Martin in third position is 1.5 seconds away from Marc Marquez

and finally after 10 laps Maverick Vinales won the 2024 American MotoGP Sprint Race followed by Marc Marquez and Jorge Martin
