Pedro Acosta has secured a seat on the factory KTM Red Bull team for the 2025 season. Meanwhile Brad Binder still has a contract with KTM for next year as part of the 4 year contract he signed last year. Obtaining a contract from the Pierer Mobility Group was initially thought not to be a guarantee for Binder to race for this manufacturer’s team next year. .
KTM Red Bull team manager, Francesco Guidotti, immediately explains Gercep’s line up strategy for this team in 2025 amidst rumors of the potential for Marc Marquez to join Acosta. When asked by TNT Sport whether Brand Binder will still be placed on the same team as Acosta next year, Guidotti answered
“Yes, that’s right. Regarding Jack (Miller), we talked to him because we wanted him to stay with this project. And of course he appreciates it and I think it’s not just an opportunity for the team, also for the racers, so everyone has to do their job and try to make the best of the situation. “
Guidotti further explained several reasons and one of them is related to Marc Marquez, where according to him Marc is not available for KTM because according to him Marc wants to stay with Ducati.
